Helen leads the strategic initiatives to hire, develop and retain the people working at WCMC. It’s through this people strategy that we ensure we are meeting our business goals, including being an exemplary employer with highly motivated and engaged employees.
Helen began her career as a software tester after graduating with an MSc in computer Science and a BSc in Mathematics. She went on to hold posts as Head of Test, Project Manager and Development Manager within the technology sector. In 2012 she made the move to HR to head up a large team, motivated by developing people strategies and building organisations to be engaging work environments.
